STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- These Standard Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Reliable Assistant Services (“the Company”) to the client (“the Client”). By engaging the Company’s services, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms.
- 1. Applicability & Precedence
- These Terms govern all service packages, proposals, quotations, and invoices issued by Reliable Assistant Services.
- The Client expressly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if issued after these Terms. Any deviation or exception must be expressly agreed to in writing by the Company in advance to be valid.
- 2. Scope of Services
- Reliable Assistant Services provides administrative, professional, lifestyle, concierge, document, and event coordination support as outlined in each selected package or agreed proposal.
- All services are provided on a best‑efforts basis and strictly according to Client instructions.
- The Company does not provide legal, financial, immigration, or professional advice. All form preparation and document assistance are administrative only.
3. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms
- All service fees are outlined in the selected package, proposal, or invoice.
- Invoices are payable within twenty‑one (21) working days, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Monthly packages are billed in advance.
- One‑time or project‑based services may require partial or full upfront payment.

- The Company reserves the right to apply interest of 10% on the outstanding balance.
- The Company may suspend or withhold services immediately, without prior notice, until full payment is received.
- All obligations are obligations of effort, not guaranteed results.
- The Company is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third parties (vendors, delivery services, airlines, government offices, etc.).
- Shopping and purchase coordination is conducted solely at the Client’s direction.
- All purchase costs, delivery fees, vendor charges, and third‑party expenses are excluded from service fees.
- The Company is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, defects, returns, or vendor policies.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service delivery may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service fee.
- If work has already commenced, fees for time and resources used are non‑refundable.
- A minimum 14‑day written notice is required to cancel ongoing services.
- Early cancellation within a billing period will result in forfeiture of prepaid fees for that period.
- No refunds are issued for unused hours once a billing cycle has begun.

4. Late Payment & Suspension of Services
In the event of non‑payment by the due date:
If payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Reliable Assistant Services reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency, with all related legal and recovery costs payable by the Client.
5. Taxes & Withholding
Where withholding taxes or similar charges apply under the Client’s local legislation, these are the sole responsibility of the Client.
Under no circumstances shall Reliable Assistant Services be responsible for costs related to a Client’s national or local legislation. The full invoiced amount remains due to the Company.
6. Service Standards & Limitation of Liability
The Company undertakes to perform services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism within agreed timeframes. However:
Reliable Assistant Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial loss arising from the use of its services.
7. Confidentiality
All Client information, materials, communications, and instructions are handled with strict confidentiality.
This confidentiality obligation continues during and after the termination of services.

10. Complaints & Claims
To be admissible, any complaint or claim must be submitted in writing to the Company’s registered office within eight (8) days of service delivery.
Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the services rendered.
11. Third‑Party Claims
Under no circumstances shall Reliable Assistant Services be required to participate, intervene, or appear as a third party in disputes or claims between the Client and any vendor, supplier, customer, or third party.
12. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of:

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All contractual relations between Reliable Assistant Services and the Client shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Engaging services, signing a proposal, confirming a package, or making payment constitutes full acceptance of these Standard Terms and Conditions.
